As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on the service charge accounting for luxury residential buildings in a prime London location.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting building managers in the preparation of service charge budgets
* Preparing service charge reconciliations
* Reviewing service charge expenditure and investigating variances
* Attending monthly and quarterly budget meetings with building managers
* Monthly reviews of balance sheet accounts
* Accounting for PRS (Private Rental Sector) properties, including monitoring performance against KPIs

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of service charge accounting and experience with large complex residential service charges or estate service charges. You will also have good Excel skills and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
