Service Charge Accountant Opportunity

NC Associates is seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Accountant to join our team in Central London. As a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust financial information to our clients in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of service charge accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations and production of balancing charges to tenants.
  • Upload service charge budgets to our accounting software and raise quarterly invoices to occupiers.
  • Collaborate with property managers and surveyors to review service charge expenditure and forecast expenditure to year end.
  • Process monthly rent transfers to clients and produce VAT reports to group accountants.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Charge Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of service charges and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient user of Excel and other Microsoft products.
