Hourly Paid Lecturer in Early Years Education

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Early Years. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and inspiring teaching and learning strategies to achieve outstanding outcomes for students.
- Provide individual and tailored support to students to fully prepare them for assessment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning plans.
- Appropriate subject-related qualification and teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Passion for delivering motivating and inspiring teaching and learning experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
