Job Title: Hourly Paid Lecturer in AAT

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lecturer to join our team as an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Accounting and AAT. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our students, with a focus on AAT Accounting up to Level 4 and Payroll up to Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
  • Prepare and deliver schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment plans to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to individual students, as required.
  • Participate in the interviewing, enrolment, and induction of students, using information on students' starting points to inform teaching and learning.
  • Hold a Teaching Qualification, such as DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent, and be committed to ongoing professional development.
