Job Title: Hourly Paid Lecturer in AAT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lecturer to join our team in teaching Accounting and Payroll to students up to Level 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting and Payroll, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Accounting and Payroll to students up to Level 4
  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment plans
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students as required
  • Participate in interviewing, enrolment, and induction of students
  • Use student data to inform teaching and learning
Requirements:
  • Teaching Qualification (DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent)
  • Appropriate qualification in Accounting and Payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
