**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Early Years. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning strategies to achieve outstanding outcomes for students.
  • Provide individualized and tailored support to students to ensure they are fully prepared for assessment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the subject area and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**

  • Appropriate subject-related qualification and teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
