Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Educational Data Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate data in student information systems (SIS), attendance records, grades, and more.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and statistical analysis for school leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support school staff by providing technical assistance and software training.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and educational standards such as GDPR.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to deliver reliable data that supports strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in data administration, preferably in a school setting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and high-volume data accurately.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical data processes to non-technical staff.
