Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Bristol Centre.
As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the reception area, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the team and ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Training and inducting new staff to agreed standards.
- Responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly.
- Managing daily operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, rooming and description of room features.
- Collaborating closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Health and Safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with service quality and hygiene standards.
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
