We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Bristol Centre.

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the reception area, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the team and ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Training and inducting new staff to agreed standards.
  • Responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Managing daily operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, rooming and description of room features.
  • Collaborating closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Health and Safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with service quality and hygiene standards.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
