Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Ibis Bristol Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office team and ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Train and induct new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage daily operations and ensure the team is working efficiently.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and goals.
Reception Duties:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
- Check in and check out guests using our hotel's IT system.
- Respond to phone calls and take bookings as required.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Room guests and provide information about room features.
- Manage cash register and daily closing procedures.
- Handle invoices and credit transactions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Complaint handling and resolution.
- Embody the Heartists spirit in all interactions with guests.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Department as required.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace and proper functioning of equipment.
- Know and follow fire evacuation procedures.
- Apply sustainable development policies.
- Ensure compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Apply safety rules in customer reception, particularly for guests with disabilities.
