Payroll and HR Services Coordinator

As a highly skilled Payroll and HR Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch payroll services to our clients at Portfolio Payroll Limited.
Key Tasks:- Prepare and process all payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify overtime submissions and prepare the monthly overtime spreadsheet.
- Support the pension submission process, ensuring timely and accurate contributions.
- Reconcile pension contributions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Manage new starters and leavers, ensuring compliance with regulatory checks and contract management.
- Administer benefits, including enrolment and changes.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives.
The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
