Parts Sales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Actio Recruitment's client in Slough. As a key player in our parts department, you will be responsible for sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for both our workshop technicians and retail customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, both over the phone and in person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels, utilizing your expertise to identify the correct parts and maintain optimal inventory levels. Furthermore, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
