Maintenance Manager

About the Role
A Maintenance Supervisor is required for a leading residential property management company in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the community, including inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of apartments and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain the community's buildings, grounds, and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Repair and maintain apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of building services and general maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of building services, general maintenance activities, and parts.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Exceptional IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work efficiently and organized in a fast-paced environment.
