Senior Activities Facilitator
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Activities Facilitator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging activities and events that promote residents' wellbeing and independence.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative activities and events that cater to residents' diverse needs and interests. You will work closely with residents, families, and care home staff to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging activities and events that promote residents' wellbeing and independence
- Collaborate with residents, families, and care home staff to develop tailored care programmes
- Foster strong relationships with residents and their families to deliver exceptional care and support
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
