Children and Family Empowerment Worker

We are seeking a passionate and committed Children and Family Empowerment Worker to join our team in North Somerset. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable families and help them achieve their full potential.
About the Role:The successful candidate will work closely with families, providing emotional and practical support to CYP aged 0-17 who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Developing and implementing play and educational activities for CYP in the community and safe houses.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on children and families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work as part of a rota and on-call system.
- A full driving license and access to transport with business insurance.
