We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Child & Family Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will work with pupils and families across both Market Drayton Infant & Nursery School and Market Drayton Junior School sites.

Market Drayton Junior School is a thriving three form entry school whose core purpose is to equip every individual with skills for life and a passion for learning. The school aims to provide a happy and safe learning community in which all individuals are nurtured and inspired to achieve their best.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of child development and be able to provide tailored support to meet the needs of each family.

As a Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to children and families, as well as leading group sessions and workshops. You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to improve the lives of our pupils and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,568 - £31,034 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
