  • Building trusting relationships with patients and supporting them in their recovery journey.
  • Working closely with Occupational Therapists to develop personalized care plans that address each patient's specific needs.
  • Guiding patients in various aspects of life, including personal finance, healthy eating, and daily planning.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with patients to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plan.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable adults or those with mental health conditions.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • BSL skills and a commitment to developing your understanding of Deaf Culture.
