MCG Construction is a leading Main Contractor with extensive experience in delivering projects within the Commercial, Retail & Healthcare settings.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an External Refurbishment project in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a flagship external refurbishment project, involved with the refurbishment, upgrade and repair of projects. This project includes render repairs, roofing repair & replacement as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering external refurbishment projects (including management of render & roofing works) in their recent work history. Reporting to a visiting Projects/Contracts Manager, they will be responsible for ensuring site is running to programme and dealing with any problems as they arise on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage health & safety on site
- Deliver daily inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensure site runs to programme
- Deal with problems as they arise on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience of delivering external refurbishment projects
- CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, SMSTS
