About the Role

As a Sales Director - FSI at Contentsquare, you will be responsible for accelerating the company's growth in the UK by expanding our FSI customer base. You will develop and execute a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth objectives, while leading, coaching, and empowering a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the Sales leader of the fastest-growing vertical at Contentsquare, cooperating with multiple stakeholders within the company.
  • Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis to fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Establish and implement a strategic business plan to expand Contentsquare's customer base and presence in the market.
  • Implement a hands-on sales approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities in the market based on customer feedback and team insights.
  • Collaborate with the local leadership team and the cross-functional teams to optimize business impact in the UK.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in hiring & managing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • B2B Enterprise SaaS experience, ideally within FSI.
  • Coaching Excellence: mentor & coach team members to support continued development and enhance the skills of the team.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in working in cross-functional teams and geographies.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to be the face of Contentsquare for internal and external events.
