HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations (ER) Team at Exemplar Health Care, one of the country's leading nursing care providers for adults living with complex needs.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the professional and fair management of employee relations cases, supporting our Operational Teams to ensure a consistent approach to our organisation's policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all Employee Relations cases, varying in complexity, risk, and volume
  • Supporting and coaching Operational Teams on each stage of any ER case to embed best practice
  • Collaborating with other HR colleagues and external Legal partners on employment litigations claims
  • Collating, analysing, and reporting on data to identify trends and provide proactive resolutions
  • Supporting wider HR colleagues to deliver leadership initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced HR/ER function
  • Excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects
  • A full, clean driving licence, and your own car
