HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations (ER) Team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our HR team, you will support our Operational Teams to ensure a professional, fair, and consistent approach to our organisation's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Employee Relations cases, varying in complexity, risk, and volume, including cases involving dismissal.
  • Support and coach Operational Teams on each stage of any ER case to embed best practice, ensuring advice is compliant with relevant policies and the ACAS Codes of Practice.
  • Support and manage employment litigations claims, collaborating with other HR colleagues and external Legal partners.
  • Collate, analyse, and report on data to identify trends and provide proactive resolutions.
  • Support wider HR colleagues to deliver leadership initiatives, such as upskilling.
Requirements:
  • A full, clean driving licence and own car.
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced HR/ER function.
  • Excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
