Job Description

Position: HR Advisor

Location: South Yorkshire (with some ad-hoc travel)

Contract Type: Permanent, full time

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our rapidly growing organisation. As a key member of our Employee Relations (ER) Team, you will support our Operational Teams to ensure a professional, fair and consistent approach to our organisation's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Employee Relations cases, varying in complexity, risk and volume, including cases involving dismissal.
  • Support and coach Operational Teams on each stage of any ER case, embedding best practice while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and the ACAS Codes of Practice.
  • Support and manage employment litigations claims, collaborating with other HR colleagues and external Legal partners.
  • Collate, analyse and report on data to identify trends and provide proactive resolutions.
  • Support wider HR colleagues to deliver leadership initiatives, such as upskilling.

Requirements:

  • 2 years solid hands-on Employee Relations experience within a fast-paced HR/ER function.
  • A full, clean driving licence and own car.
