Job Description

Position: HR Advisor

Location: South Yorkshire (with some ad-hoc travel)

Contract Type: Permanent, full time

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our rapidly growing organisation. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting the professional and fair management of employee relations cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of all employee relations cases, which will vary in complexity, risk, and volume
  • Support and coach operational teams on each stage of any ER case to embed best practice and ensure compliance with relevant policies and the ACAS Codes of Practice
  • Collaborate with other HR colleagues and external legal partners to manage any employment litigation claims
  • Collate, analyse, and report on data to identify trends and provide proactive resolutions
  • Support the wider HR team to deliver leadership initiatives, including upskilling

Requirements:

  • 2 years solid hands-on employee relations experience within a fast-paced HR/ER function
  • A full, clean driving license, and your own car
