Director Job Vacancy
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd in Liverpool.
This is a rare opportunity to become a key member of our senior leadership team, helping to steer our strategic direction and drive business growth.
As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across the firm, ensuring Managers are meeting expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
You will lead initiatives through to completion, responsible for project management and due diligence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing WIP reporting and aligning workflow with KPIs, providing updates to Partners.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and increase efficiency.
- Leading a team of Managers to achieve business objectives and targets.
We are looking for a proven and effective leader who is technically proficient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
