About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support and practical assistance to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support to service users
  • Assist with daily living skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain warm relationships with service users
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required
About the Service

The service is a 36-flat building providing long-term support with a recovery focus. You will work closely with a friendly and motivated team to address any issues that arise.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
