Relief Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is a national, not-for-profit organization providing support to individuals with diverse care needs. We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in a supported living service in Wolverhampton.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support and practical assistance to individuals living in our Wolverhampton service. You will work closely with colleagues to address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring service users enjoy valued and fulfilling lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support to service users
  • Assist with daily living skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain warm relationships with service users
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required
Requirements

Previous experience working with individuals with mental health needs is essential for this role. You will be part of a friendly and motivated team, working in a large 36-flat building with a mix of general needs and 1:1 support flats.
