Job Description

We are seeking a National Key Account Specialist to partner with and become a trusted advisor to our clients. As part of our team, you will develop relationships with clients, identify and address specific needs, and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities

  1. Assume account management and responsibility for specific areas within a well-established account with a value of £10m.
  2. Work closely with the internal customer team, which includes two Key Account Managers due to the size and scope of relationships and activity.
  3. Be visible with the customer at Head Office and branch level.
  4. Become a trusted advisor, networking through a client across multiple decision-makers (procurement, supply chain, operations, technical, forecasting).

Requirements

  • A proven track record of developing and growing key accounts with multi-million £ spends.
  • An understanding of the challenges of multiple location accounts (local, regional, head office).

Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £80,000 per annum, including a company car allowance, 5% contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days holiday.
