The Internal Sales Account Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. Reporting directly to the sales management team, this individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

This includes working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The successful candidate will have a technical background or mindset, ideally with experience in Seals/Gaskets/Rubber Components.

They will work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to the success of our clients' business.

The salary for this role is approximately £26,000 per annum, plus a £1,000 bonus per annum paid monthly. In addition, you will have access to various sectors as a leading distributor of sealing solutions, manufacturer of gaskets and plastic packaging, and seller of corporate clothing.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. They will be able to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

We operate in various sectors including distribution, manufacturing, and sales. As a result, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop new skills.

The company operates with a standard 37.5 hour working week, with 28 days annual leave and additional bank holidays.
