Description OverviewThis hybrid position is based at our Barnsley office and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning and executing account management strategies to achieve turnover and gross profit budgets within our portfolio of products.
Scope of the Role- You will be responsible for maintaining customer account plans, ensuring effective communication with retailer buying teams, and building strong business relationships with key customers.
- As a hybrid role, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Supply, Legal, and Marketing teams, to deliver results-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- To succeed in this role, you will need relevant commercial and business awareness transferable to the self-care industry.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the grocery and pharmacy/drug retail sector, is essential.
- You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and disseminate data accurately.
- A degree-level qualification in a related business discipline is desirable, but experience in our marketplace is paramount.
We offer a competitive salary package, inclusive of a base salary between £40,000-£60,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits tailored to support your career development and well-being.
