The British Veterinary Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Derby practice. This exciting role offers a salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and relocation allowance up to £5,000.

As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for driving the clinical direction of the practice, ensuring high standards of veterinary care are delivered to our clients and their pets. You will work closely with the management team to grow and develop the practice, team, and services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be RCVS registered, and have a background in small animal medicine and surgery. The normal working week is 40 hours, with Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis (with time off in lieu). Our flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enhance your work-life balance.

About the Practice

Our Derby practice is a large and spacious facility with a great waiting room, separate dog and cat waiting spaces, four consult rooms, a cattery, kennel, and isolation ward. We also have an in-house laboratory and dedicated x-ray and ultrasound room. The practice is easily accessible, with dedicated car parking and excellent transport links.
