Salary & BenefitsWe offer an estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Job DescriptionAs our Home Care Operations Director, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver clinical guidance and training for safe and efficient care home operations. You will develop individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect among residents
- Delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure safe and efficient care home operations
- Developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Ensuring safe work areas and practices within the care homes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Registered Managers Award Level 4, Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one
- Leadership experience and risk assessment skills
- The ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
