About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Trustee and Depositary team as a Head of Fund Oversight. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fund oversight of collective investment schemes where BNY is the trustee/depositary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the fund oversight team within the trustee and depositary sector.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and manage costs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including EMEA depositaries, risk, compliance, and senior management.
  • Drive feedback and improvements through self-assessment and training.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles for trustees and depositaries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of guiding teams through change.
  • Effective networking abilities.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards and FCA regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with strategic thinking skills.
