Job Summary

BNY is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Fund Oversight, UK Trustee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fund oversight of collective investment schemes where BNY is the trustee/depositary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the UK governance structure is appropriate for business line, legal entity, and regional needs.
  • Analyse data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including EMEA depositaries, risk, compliance, and senior management.
  • Drive feedback and improvements through self-assessment and training.
  • Develop effective networking abilities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members by sharing best practices and offering pertinent support and development opportunities.
