About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our successful Subrogation and Recovery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, driving them through to litigation and final settlement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of claims, from pre-litigation to final settlement
  • Undertake factual and legal research, gathering evidence to support your case
  • Develop a clear case plan, working closely with supervisors to achieve the desired outcome
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Build relationships, trust, and influence with colleagues and external partners

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with a strong background in litigation and claims management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A relevant qualification is desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent experience and skills.
