Job Title: Paralegal Recoveries Specialist

Crawford Legal Services is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the settlement of claims within our successful Subrogation and Recovery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of claims from pre-litigation to final settlement.
  • Drive claims through to litigation and final settlement.
  • Draft court proceedings and relevant legal documentation.
  • Gather information associated with claims by speaking with clients and witnesses.
  • Undertake factual and legal research to support case plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous Litigation experience with handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to support senior fee earners and share workload.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to solving problems.
