Job Title: Paralegal Recoveries Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the settlement of claims within our successful Subrogation and Recovery team. The ideal candidate will have previous Litigation experience, handling sensitive and confidential information, ideally gained within the Claimant Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of claims from pre-litigation to final settlement, driving claims through to litigation and final resolution. Conduct factual and legal research, gathering evidence to support and creating a clear case plan for the desired outcome. Effective negotiation is key, and the ability to build relationships at all levels is essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous Litigation experience, ideally within the Claimant Insurance sector
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to solving problems
  • Responsiveness to change and change management
  • Good Time management and IT skills
