Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong technical knowledge of relevant regulation, particularly in the UK and EU, and support the development and regular review of policies and procedures to establish and maintain compliance with legislation, regulation, and codes of practice.
  • Conduct rules mapping exercises as part of policy reviews, identifying any gaps and proposing updates to policies and guidance as necessary.
  • Work closely with local compliance across the region to ensure policies fit local requirements and lead the roll out of new and updated policies and guidelines across EMEA, including communication and training.
  • Support the work of the Compliance Policy Team on emerging regulatory developments by conducting horizon scanning for new UK and EU regulatory developments, identifying those relevant for Chubb.
  • Carry out impact assessments on new regulation and work with the business to conduct gap analyses and advise on the implementation of any changes required.
