Head of Retail Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) customer acquisition strategy. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer engagement and retention.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive results against agreed budget envelopes. You will work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing Director to develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy, leveraging digital marketing channels to attract and retain customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of success in customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
