About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Liaison Psychiatry service based in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the mental health care of people in the general hospital, working closely with colleagues from various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make specialist mental health assessments and devise interventions to support individuals in recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Develop and implement individual recovery plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each person.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, families, and carers, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
