Astrum Search is partnering with a leading global media company to find a seasoned Risk and Controls Manager to lead their EMEA region.
This is a critical role that requires a strong risk management background, with experience in implementing and monitoring control frameworks, promoting a culture of integrity, and advising on internal controls, anti-bribery and corruption, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk and control principles, with experience in assessing business risk and evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing financial, operational, and compliance controls in line with the Group Internal Control Framework
- Coordinating and overseeing internal control and risk management processes
- Acting as a risk and control subject matter expert across the EMEA region
- Supporting the design and implementation of controls for specific areas of change or strategic importance
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in risk and controls, with experience in industry or professional services, and a qualification such as ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
