The Role

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering confidential and effective employee relations support, serving as a key resource for business partnership. As a vital member of the HR team, they will contribute to the delivery of a modern, professional, innovative, and high-quality HR service that is responsive to the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver confidential and effective employee relations support
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business partners
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations cases and investigations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Chartered MCIPD (or) equivalent educational achievement (Level 5) in HR-related subject
  • 3 years minimum recent experience in HR Generalist role with 2 years minimum recent experience in managing a team

The Package

  • Full-time position with 37 hours per week
  • Salary scale: Band 7 Level £39,570 - £42,754 per annum
  • Benefits include hybrid working, 33 days annual leave, 6% employer pension contribution, flexi-time, health cash plan, employee assistance program, and cycle to work scheme
