Kent Town Planner

We are seeking a skilled Town Planner to join our team at an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in the heart of Kent. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. The company delivers high-quality, locally sourced designs using traditional vernacular architecture and natural materials.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or related discipline, accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Some relevant experience in planning, ideally in a design or architectural context, is also essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and related documentation.
  2. Conduct site appraisals and research planning policies.
  3. Liaise with local authorities, clients, and contractors.
