Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Associate Town Planner to join our team in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of complex planning projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients, managing their expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with local and national planning policies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a planning role, with a proven track record in leading and delivering successful planning projects.
