Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Specials: Design and update a specials board that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients, providing our guests with exciting options to try.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Procedures: Develop and uphold effective kitchen procedures, including opening and closing routines, to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards.
  • Food Hygiene: Maintain impeccable food hygiene standards in line with HACCP and health & safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Profit Targets: Manage food costs and work towards gross profit targets, driving business growth and success.
