Requirements- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable (although those in roles with transferable skills are encouraged to apply Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Pastoral Assistant, Social Work, Nursery Practitioner etc).
- Experience of working with children is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy and the ability to connect with students at Primary School age.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
- Support students in their academic, social and emotional development.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN.
- Working with EYFS, KS1 or KS2 children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to get)
