Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dynamic culinary professional to join our team and shape the gastronomic experience from day one.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 12-15 staff members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase creativity, quality, and consistency
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Expertise in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards
