About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Digital Twin Programme, a cutting-edge initiative aimed at driving operational efficiency in waste management services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of this transformative project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our carbon neutrality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital Twin project from inception to execution, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Design and implement data systems, including real-time monitoring and performance optimization, to drive operational efficiency in waste services.
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the project, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting, ensuring smooth integration across various systems and platforms.
  • Provide leadership in designing and implementing service re-routing and other operational enhancements, leveraging data insights to model public engagement and resident behavior.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing large, data-centric projects, especially those that drive operational efficiency in waste or similar sectors.
  • Experience with designing and implementing data systems, including real-time monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
