Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a significant industrial unit project in Stallingborough. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the project team, including project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to deliver the project on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.

Sound understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
