- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
TM Green Group offers a competitive salary between £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive package including bonus, pension scheme, healthcare, and other benefits.
