Job Title: Senior Project Manager

TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a significant industrial unit project in Stallingborough.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, including project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned project management professional with a track record of delivering successful construction projects. You will have a sound understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are desirable. A competitive salary between £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, is on offer, along with a comprehensive package including bonus, pension scheme, healthcare, and other benefits.
