Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Allen & York. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and project managing multiple waste infrastructure and recycling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage budgets and operational staff, including contractors
- Coordinate and project manage multiple waste infrastructure and recycling projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including planning, permitting, environment, waste, plant, and Health & Safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent level qualification in an engineering, environmental, or science subject
- Extensive experience of managing projects and recycling services
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
